This is for a custom T-shirt. You choose the name (Mama, Nana, Gigi, Mimi, Grammy, etc) and then you choose the names on the bottom (kids or grandkids). I will send you a text within 24 hours after you place your order to get your names and send you a mock-up. You must respond to that message.
